摘要
本文通过对高校新生入学专业教育现状的分析与解读,以山东青年政治学院“新青年”高校社会工作服务项目为例,探究社会工作介入高校新生入学专业教育的可行性,运用社会工作专业方法开展实践研究,为高校新生入学专业教育提供新的发展路径,并在实践中反思社会工作介入模式,构建以专业服务设计为核心、充分发挥新生自主能动性的高校社会工作专业服务体系。
In this paper,through analyzing the current situation of college freshmen professional education and interpretation,to youth political college of shandong university social work service project "New Youth" as an example,exploring the feasibility of intervention of social work college freshmen profession education,the use of professional social work method to carry out the practice research and offers a new development path for professional education college freshmen,the reflecting of social work intervention in practice mode,constructing a professional social work service system with professional education as the core and giving full play to the initiative of freshmen.
