摘要
目标:检验所研制的茶油-大蒜精油复方软胶囊降血脂保健功效。方法:SD大鼠50只,雌雄各半,随机分5组,每组10只,分别是正常对照组(NG)、高脂模型组(MG),软胶囊高剂量组(CHG),软胶囊低剂量组(CLG)和高剂量茶油组(HCG)。实验为期30天,每7天尾部取血一次(实验末期股动脉取血),分离血清,测定血清中的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。结果:茶油-大蒜精油复方软胶囊能显著降低高脂血症大鼠血清中TC、TG和LDL-C水平,并且能有效提高HDL-C水平,控制大鼠体重;降血脂效果明显好于单独使用茶油。结论:研制的茶油-大蒜精油复方软胶囊具有良好的调节降血脂作用。
OBJECTIVE: To test the hypolipidemic effect of the Softgel Capsules of Camellia Oil-Garlic Oil developed by our institute. METHODS: 50 SD rats were randomly divided into 5groups: normal control group (NG), high-fat model group (MG), softgel capsule high -dose group (CHG), softgel capsule low -dose group (CLG) and high-dose camellia oil group (HCG). The experiment lasted for 30 days. The tail blood was taken every 7 days (femoral artery blood at the end of the experiment). The serum was separated and the total cholesterol (TC) and glycerin in serum were determined. Levels of triester (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). Result: The Softgel Capsules of Camellia Oil-Garlic Oil can significantly reduce the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in serum of hyperlipidemia rats, and can effectively improve the level of HDL-C and control the weight of rats. The effect of reducing blood lipid is obviously better than using camellis oil alone. CONCLUSION: The Softgel Capsules of Camellia Oil-Garlic Oil has good hypolipidemic and health effects.
