摘要
目的研究大蒜油的降血脂功能。方法将50只wistar大鼠随机分成5组:溶剂对照组、高脂饲料组(模型对照组)及157.0、315.0、630.0 mg/kg BW 3个剂量组。经口灌胃给予实验组大鼠受试物30 d,实验末期测定血清TG、TC、HDL-C及LDL-C含量。结果在试验末期高剂量组大鼠的血清TC检测值为(2.51±0.18),与模型对照组检测值(2.87±0.19)比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高剂量组大鼠的TG测定值(1.60±0.16)与模型对照组测定值(1.94±0.22)比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各剂量组LDL-C和高HDL-C测定值与模型对照组比较未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论通过30 d的喂养实验,血清TG、TC表达量降低,LDL-C和HDL-C未见显著变化,说明大蒜油具有辅助降血脂的功能。
Objective To study the function of reducing blood lipid of garlic oil. Methods 50 Wistar Rats were divided into five groups : control group,hyperlipidmia( model control group) and 157.0,315.0,630.0 mg / kg BW three dose groups. Levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol( TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C) were measured in the end of the experiment. Results In the end of the experiment,total cholesterol( TC) of high dose group was( 2.51 ± 0.18),it had a significant reduse compare to model control group's number( 2.87 ± 0.19)( P 〈0.05). The triglyceride( TG) of high dose group's number( 1.60 ± 0.16) were significantly lower than that in the model control group in the end of the experiment( 1.94 ± 0.22)( P 〈0.05); compared to model control group,low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C) were not significantly affected in each dose group. Conclusion After 30 days gavage,the levels of TC,TG are reduced,LDL-C and HDL-C have no significant change. Garlic oil has the function of assisting the lowering blood lipid.
