摘要
目前很受广大人民群众喜爱的一种教学模式是现代学徒制,因为这种教学模式将学校的教育和企业之间的培训紧密的融合在一起,同样由于现在人们生活水平的逐渐提高导致"双导师"这一名词逐渐出现在大众的视野。就食品专业而言,如何利用自身的优势将现代学徒制与"双导师"制更好的结合在一起成为了一个关键点。本文将从"双导师"制的内涵和作用于在食品专业中运用"双导师"制需要注意的问题等方面进行探索与研究。
At present,the modern apprenticeship is one of the most popular teaching modes,because this teaching mode closely integrates the school education and the training between enterprises.Similarly,the term "double tutors" has gradually appeared in the public’s vision due to the gradual improvement of people’s living standards.As far as food specialty is concerned,how to make better use of its own advantages to combine the modern apprenticeship system with the "double tutor" system has become a key point.This paper will explore and study the connotation and function of the "double tutor" system in the application of the "double tutor" system in food specialty.
