摘要
现代学徒制是高职教育中深度融合的校企合作形式,以提高人才培养质量、满足企业用人需求为目标。大连职业技术学院老年服务与管理专业与远洋养老运营有限公司进行现代学徒制人才培养模式的探索,从"双主体"育人、"双身份"学习、"双师资"课程研发、"双标准""多元化"考核、"双文化"教学环境建设等方面开展实践,取得了较好的效果。基于现代学徒制的校企协同育人长效运行机制构建,还需要政府出台相关法律法规及激励政策,建立现代学徒制的保障机制与激励机制。
Modern apprenticeship is a highly integrated form of university-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education, and it aims at improving the quality of student training as well as meeting the demand of enterprises. The faculty of Elderly Services and Management at Dalian Vocational and Technical College explore the training mode of"modern apprenticeship"by cooperating with Yuanyang Elderly Services Company. This talents training mode approves to be effective, as it includes various forms of practices such as"double subjects"cultivation,"double identities"learning,"double teachers"course development,"dual standards"and diverse assessment,"dual cultures"teaching environment building and etc. In order to build a long-term operating mechanism of synergy cultivation between university and enterprise based on modern apprenticeship, it requires the government to introduce relevant laws, regulations and incentive policies as well as establish guaranteeing and stimulating mechanism of modern apprenticeship.
