摘要
学科竞赛是高校人才培养和学科建设的重要环节,在当前学科竞赛迅速发展和"双一流"建设背景下,高校学科竞赛工作重点面临从高数量到高质量的发展转型,因而需要高校建立学科竞赛遴选机制,探索高质量学科竞赛的发展之路.本文以高校为主体,分析了目前学科竞赛工作面临的一些问题,并从学科竞赛项目遴选与学科竞赛作品培育遴选两个层面,对高校学科竞赛遴选机制进行了探讨.
Academic competition has played an important role in college talent training and discipline construction, under the background of rapid development of academic competition and construction of "double first-class ", the academic competition in universities faces a reform stage from high quantity to high quality. Therefore, universities need to establish selection mechanism for academic competition and explore the method of high-quality academic competition development. From the perspective of universities, the article analyzes some problems faced by the current academic competition work, and discusses the selection mechanism of academic competitions in universities from project selection and works cultivation selection.
