摘要
如何提升移动图书馆服务质量,更好地满足用户需求已成为图书馆急需解决的问题之一。文章通过实地访谈获取用户对移动图书馆服务质量的感知评价,基于扎根理论归纳核心范畴,构建移动图书馆服务质量评价模型;设计调查问卷,面向高校学生获取样本数据,并进行实证分析。研究发现:移动图书馆服务质量影响因素分为环境质量(包括网络环境、界面设计、社会影响)、交互质量(包括交互渠道、专业能力)、信息质量(包括丰富性)和检索质量(包括个性化、有用性)。
How to improve the quality of library mobile services and adequately meet the needs of users has become the foremost challenges for libraries. This paper obtains users’evaluations of mobile library services by field interviews,summarizes their viewpoints based on grounded theory,and constructs an evaluation model of user perceptions. A survey questionnaire is designed to obtain sample data from university students and an empirical analysis has been conducted. The factors affecting the perceived quality of library mobile services are identified as follows:environmental quality(including network facility,interface design and social impact), interaction quality(including interaction channels and professional capabilities),information quality(including personalization and relevancy),and search quality(including comprehensiveness).
