摘要
目的探讨黄芪丹参通络方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床效果。方法选取2013年5月至2016年4月我科室收治的DPN患者90例,将其随机分为治疗组与对照组,各45例。治疗组给予黄芪丹参通络方治疗;对照组给予硫辛酸注射液静脉滴注,同时口服甲钴胺片治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、治疗前、后腓浅神经及正中神经的传导速度。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为86.7%,显著高于对照组的64.4%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者腓浅神经及正中神经传导速度均加快,且治疗组显著快于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪丹参通络方治疗DPN效果显著,并且能减少其他并发症发生,是一种临床疗效确切的中药方剂。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huangqi Danshen Tongluo formula on diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods A total of 90 patients with DPN admitted in our department from May 2013 to April 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Huangqi Danshen Tongluo formula, while the control group was treated with intravenous drip of lipoic acid injection and oral mecobalamin tablets. The therapeutic effect, conduction velocity of superficial peroneal nerve and median nerve before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 86.7%, which was significantly higher than 64.4% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the conduction velocity of superficial peroneal nerve and median nerve increased in both groups, and those in the treatment group were significantly faster than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Huangqi Danshen Tongluo formula has a remarkable effect on DPN and can reduce the incidence of complications, which is a Chinese medicine prescription with definite clinical efficacy.
