摘要
目的:对益气活血通痹汤在糖尿病周围神经病变疾病治疗中的临床疗效进行观察分析。方法:抽取2016年1月-2017年1月本院所收治的88例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,依照随机数字表法分为研究组与参照组;参照组采取常规治疗,研究组采取常规治疗联合益气活血通痹汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:研究组治疗后总有效率(95.5%)显著高于参照组(77.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);就不良反应发生率而言,研究组(9.1%)与参照组(11.4%)相比,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:对糖尿病周围神经病变患者予以益气活血通痹汤治疗,效果甚佳,是一种较为合理的治疗方案。
Objective： To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of the Yiqi Huoxue Tongbi decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods： A total of 88 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in our hospital fi＇om January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as research subjects and were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random digital table method. The control group received routine treatment while the study group was treated by routine therapy combined with the Yiqi Huoxue Tongbi decoction. The clinical efficacy in the groups was compared. Results： After treatment, the total efficiency in the study group （95.5%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （77.3%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; as for the incidence of adverse reactions, the difference between the study group （9.1%） and the control group （11.4%） showed no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The Yiqi Huoxue Tongbi decoction showed a significant effect in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and is a reasonable treatment plan.
