摘要
目的研究阿奇霉素联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果。方法将我院收治的78例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿随机分为两组,各39例。观察组实施阿奇霉素联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,对照组实施阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽消失时间、气喘缓解时间及发热消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎可取得显著效果。
Objective To study the effect of azithromycin combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children. Methods A total of 78 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 39 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with azithromycin combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation, while the control group was treated with azithromycin. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The cough disappearance time, asthma relief time and fever disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Azithromycin combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children can achieve significant effects.
