摘要
睾丸占位性病变在临床上并不少见,如果能够在睾丸占位性病变的早期就被发现并准确鉴别其良恶性,对临床治疗方案的选择以及患者的预后具有极其重要的意义.超声检查已经成为临床医生检查阴囊及其内容物的首选影像学检查方法,尤其是超声新技术的迅猛发展及应用,睾丸占位性病变的早期诊断准确率得到较大提高.该文回顾了常规超声技术的应用现状,并介绍了超声新技术在睾丸占位性病变中的应用进展.
Testicular space occupying lesions are not uncommon in clinic, if they can be found early in the testicular space-occupying lesions and accurately identify their benign and malignant, the choice of clinical treatment options and the prognosis of patients is extremely important. Ultrasonography has become the clinician's first choice for examining the scrotum and its contents. Especially in the rapid development and application of new ultrasound techniques, the accuracy of early diagnosis of space-occupying lesions in testis has been greatly improved. This article reviews the status of the application of conventional ultrasound technology and introduces the application of new ultrasound technology in the testicular space occupying lesions.
