摘要
目的探讨彩超在睾丸恶性肿瘤中的诊断意义。方法采用回顾性方法分析,选取我院2012年8月~2014年8月39例睾丸恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料,给予彩超诊断,将其与手术病理相对比,观察诊断率、超声图像特征。结果与手术病理比较,彩超诊断符合率为97.44%(37/38),误诊率2.63%(1/38)。内部多表现为强弱不等回声,且回声不均匀。结论睾丸恶性肿瘤采用彩超诊断具有较高诊断率,结合声像图特征可确诊为睾丸恶性肿瘤,可作为有效诊断方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the significance of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of testicular tumor. Methods Using retrospective analysis method, the selection of our hospital in 2012 August^2014 year in August from 39 cases of malignant testicular tumor clinical data, give the color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis, the surgical and pathological observation, comparison, the diagnostic rate of ultrasound image characteristics. Results Compared with surgical pathology, ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate was 97.44%（37/38）, the misdiagnosis rate was 2.63%（1/38）. Showed varying degrees of internal echoes, and uneven echo. Conclusion Using color Doppler sonography in the diagnosis of testicular malignant tumor with high diagnostic rate, combined with the sonographic features can be diagnosed with testicular malignant tumor, it can be used as an effective diagnostic method, is worthy of clinical application.
