摘要
目的总结睾丸表皮样囊肿的高频彩超声像特征,探讨高频彩超诊断睾丸表皮样囊肿的价值。方法回顾性分析11例经手术组织病理证实睾丸皮样囊肿患者的高频彩超声像资料,计算超声术前诊断睾丸表皮样囊肿的符合率。结果超声显示病灶边界清晰10例,边界模糊1例;病灶声像图表现为"洋葱圈"型6例,"蛋壳样"钙化型3例,肿块型2例;病灶内均无明显血流信号显示;超声术前诊断睾丸表皮样囊肿9例,2例肿块型睾丸表皮样囊肿误诊为睾丸精原细胞瘤;与手术组织病理检查结果对照,超声术前诊断睾丸表皮样囊肿的符合率为81.8%。结论睾丸皮样囊肿的高频超声声像表现具有一定特异性,高频彩超在睾丸皮样囊肿的诊断中具有较高价值。
Objective To explore the value of high frequency ultrasonography to the diagnosis of testicular epidermoid cysts by summarizing its characteristics. Methods The high frequency ultrasonography data of 11 cases of histopathologically confirmed testicular epidermoid cyst were retrospectively analyzed to calculate the coincidence of preoperative ultrasonography. Results Of these 11 cases, 10 showed clear boundary and 1 showed fuzzy boundary. The ultrasonographic images presented testicular epidermoid cysts in onion ring type in 6 cases, in egg-shell calcification type in 3 and in mass type in 2. No blood flow was found in cyst. Nine cases were diagnosed testicular epidermoid cyst by ultrasonography before operation and 2 cases were misdiagnosed as testicular seminoma. The coincidence of preoperative ultrasonography was 81. 8% for testicular epidermoid cysts in comparison with histopathological results. Conclusion Testicular epidermoid cysts have specific high frequency ultrasonographic characteristics, and high frenqueney ultrasonography is of great value in the diagnosis of testieular epidermoid cysts.
