摘要
肺癌是世界范围内最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁着人类生命健康,其发病的分子机制尚未完全明确,目前已证实Wnt通路的异常活化参与肺癌的发生过程。本文就Wnt信号在肺癌发生中的作用,Wnt信号显示其恶性潜能所用到的分子机制,以及在Wnt信号通路中能作为药物研发和肺癌治疗靶点的各种节点作一综述。
Lung cancer is one of the most common cancer throughout the world and is a big threat to human＇s health,although it＇s mechanism of tumorigenesis is still unclear.Now it has been well known that the abnormal activation of Wnt signaling pathway is associated with lung cancer.In this paper,we made a brief review on the role of Wnt pathway in the development of lung cancer,the molecular mechanism of Wnt pathway which exhibits its underlying malignancy,and the potent targets in Wnt pathway which can be as the target of the treatment of lung cancer.
