摘要
建筑施工现场安全管理不仅是企业精神和物质文明建设的一部分,还是对企业素质以及形象的体现,关系着企业的命运,决定了企业未来能不能得到长期健康的发展,同时与社会主义和谐社会建立的要求保持着高度一致。越来越多的企业认识到,安全生产要以预防为前提,尽量避免出现重大安全生产事故并且将一般事故发生的频率降低,各级管理人员应该认识到安全生产工作的重要性,本文笔者对建筑施工现场安全管理的现状与改进对策进行了分析探讨,希望对相关从业人员具有借鉴意义。
Construction site safety management is not only a part of the construction of enterprise spirit and material civilization, but also the embodiment of enterprise quality and image, which is related to the fate of the enterprise and determines whether the enterprise can develop healthily for a long time in the future. At the same time with the socialist harmonious society to establish the requirements to maintain a high degree of agreement. More and more enterprises realize that production safety should be based on prevention, avoid major accidents in production and reduce the frequency of accidents in general. Managers at all levels should realize the importance of work safety. In this paper, the author analyzes the present situation and improvement countermeasures of safety management in construction site. And hope that relevant practitioners have reference significance.
