摘要
目前,纵观我国社会的具体发展形势能够看出,科学技术和经济已经发展到良好的水平,正是在这样的背景下,越来越多的人已经意识到教育工作对于学生发展,以及社会走向的重要影响。而随着我国与国际交往的不断深入,英语成为我国国民需要掌握的基础知识内容,所以高中校园中英语教学工作开展状况不容忽视,还需要教师能够掌握正确的教学方法,利用激励策略开展知识的传输,以此更好的为学生的发展和进步打下基础。
at present,it can be seen from the concrete development situation of China's society that science,technology and economy have been developed to a good level.It is against this background that more and more people have realized the important influence of education work on students' development and social trend.But with the deepening of our country and international communication,English become the national need to master the basic knowledge of content,so the situation of English teaching in high schools should not be ignored,also requires teachers to master the correct method of teaching,the use of incentive strategy to carry out the knowledge transfer,in order to better to lay the foundation for the development of students and progress.
