摘要
教改理念不断进入到教师的视野中,广大教师明白教学有效性能否提升至关重要,在实际授课中,质量和效率直接决定着对学生的培养是否足够高效和全面,因此课堂效率是如今很多教师关注的问题。在初中语文课上要想实现效率的全面提升,就要将初中生主体性凸显出来,但是要想达到这样的目标也是有着一定的难度,教师要对新课标有全面的理解,然后在初中语文课上将初中生的积极性和热情全面激发出来,才能让初中生自主开展思考以及学习,从而实现效率的提升,这其中需要教师实现角色的转变,并对初中生展开积极的引导。
