澳大利亚融合教育专业支持团队的建设与运行——以新南威尔士州为例 被引量:5

Research on Construction and Implementation of Professional Support Team of Inclusive Education in Australia——Taking New South Wales State as an Example

摘要 为推进融合教育发展,澳大利亚新南威尔士州近年来基于普通学校构建形成了一支结构稳定、运行有序的融合教育学习支持团队。学习支持团队被视为贯彻州学习支持框架,在普通学校中实施融合教育,满足残疾及特殊需要学生个性化教育需求的关键角色。从结构上来看,它主要由学习支持教师、巡回支持教师、校长助理、学习支持辅导员以及学校专业顾问等组成。从运行上来看,相对灵活的人员配置策略、以资助经费为基础的运行保障、以提供个性化支持为核心的运行模式、有效的教师专业发展策略共同构成了新南威尔士州融合教育学习支持团队的运行机制。 To promote the development of inclusive education, the Learning and Support Team has been established recently at regular schools of New South Wales(NSW), Australia. The team is regarded as a key role to implement the Learning and Support Frame of the NSW, which aims to help the regular schools to practice inclusive education and to meet the personalized demand of students with disabilities or special needs. Structurally, it mainly consists of Learning and Support Teacher, Itinerant Support Teacher, Assistant Principal, School Learning Support Officer and School Counselor. From the perspective of operation, relatively flexible staffing strategy, operation guarantee based on funding, operation mode centered on providing personalized support, and effective teacher professional development strategy constitute the operation mechanism of NSW learning and support team.
