摘要
在"每个孩子都重要"政策的影响下,全纳已成为当前英国教育关注的重点。通过长期的全纳教育实践探索,英国已经初步形成了有效的、颇具特色的全纳师资体系。近些年,政府又进一步采取措施提高教师的全纳教育能力,由此,全纳教育能力正成为当前英国教师专业发展的重要领域。
Under the influence of the policy of "Every Child Matters", the inclusive education has become the focus of education in Britain. After a long-time exploration in inclusive education practice,Britain has initially formed an effective and unique inclusive teacher system. In recent years,the British government has taken a series of measures to further expand the teacher's repertoire of inclusive teaching skills and strategies which has been one of the categories of the national priorities for teacher professional development in Britain.
