谁往课程里面掺了“水”——高校“水课”形成影响因素的质性研究 被引量:28

摘要 高校"水课"问题已引起了教育主管部门的高度重视。淘汰"水课",打造"金课"亟待解决的首要问题是弄清"谁往课程里面掺了水"。运用质性研究方法对高校"水课"形成的影响因素进行探究,对10位学生和9位教师的访谈资料进行整理、归纳和编码,数据分析结果表明:"水课"是教师的个体特质、教师的教学设计以及课程本身的特征等多种因素作用的结果。教师的个体特质包括教学态度和教学能力;教师的教学设计包括教学目标、教学内容和教学策略;课程本身的特征包括课程时间设置和课程重要性。教师个体特质是"水课"形成的充分条件,教师教学设计是"水课"形成的必要条件,课程特征是"水课"形成的催化剂。"水课"是现有学分制教学体系下学生和老师"共谋"的结果。 The"Shui-ke"( namely,the low quality course) phenomenon in colleges and universities has attracted great attention from the education authorities. To find out "who put water into the courses"is the most important issue to be solved urgently for eliminating "Shui-ke"and building high quality courses. The influencing factors resulting in "Shui-ke"phenomenon were explored by using the qualitative research method. The interview data of 10 students and 9 teachers were collated,summarized and coded. The data analysis shows that "Shui-ke"is the result of many factors,such as the teachers’ personal characteristics, teaching design and the characteristics of the course itself.Teachers’ individual characteristics include the teaching attitude and ability;the teaching design includes the teaching objectives,content and strategies;the curriculum itself includes the time setting and importance. The teachers’ individual characteristics is the sufficient condition for the formation of"Shui-ke". The teachers’ teaching design is the necessary condition for the formation of"Shui-ke",and the curriculum characteristics are the catalysts for the formation of "Shui-ke"."Shui-ke"is the result of collusion between students and teachers under the existing credit system.
