摘要
目的探讨更昔洛韦联合炎琥宁对带状疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者炎性反应的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2018年10月我院收治的80例带状疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者,随机分为两组各40例。对照组采用更昔洛韦口服,观察组在对照组基础上采用炎琥宁静脉滴注。比较两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间及炎性因子水平。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的临床症状缓解时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组的炎性因子水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1周后,观察组的IL-4、 IL-10水平均低于对照组, IL-2、 IFN-γ水平均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论更昔洛韦联合炎琥宁治疗带状疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者,能够明显缩短临床症状缓解时间,提高临床疗效,促进疾病恢复。
Objective To explore the influence of ganciclovir combined with Yanhuning on inflammatory reaction in patients with herpes zoster keratitis. Methods 80 cases of patients with herpes zoster keratitis admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given oral ganciclovir, while the observation group was given Yanhuning intravenous drip on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, relief time of clinical symptoms and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). The relief time of clinical symptoms of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P <0.05). Before treatment, no statistical difference was found in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P >0.05). 1 week after treatment, the IL-4 and IL-10 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the IL-2 and IFN-γ levels were higher than those of the control group(all P <0.05). Conclusions Ganciclovir combined with Yanhuning in the treatment of patients with herpes zoster keratitis can significantly shorten the relief time of clinical symptoms, improve the clinical efficacy and promote the desease recovery.
