淋巴管形成与单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的关系 被引量:4

The relationship between lymphangiogenesis and herpes simplex keratitis

摘要 单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎(herpes simplex keratitis,HSK)所致的角膜新生血管形成是全世界范围内各年龄段人群视力下降甚至致盲的主要原因。虽现在大量研究已了解到HSK除了可以诱导角膜新生血管生成外,还能诱导淋巴管扩展到角膜,并且淋巴管形成在HSK发病过程中起重要作用,但针对淋巴管形成的研究进程却远落后于角膜新生血管。本文对近年来淋巴管在HSK中作用的研究进展进行综述,力求进一步了解淋巴管形成与HSK的关系,为角膜疾病的治疗探索新的契机。 Corneal neovascularization induced by the herpes simplex keratitis(HSK)is a major cause of vision decreased or even blindness within the all ages around the world,although a large number of studies have now learned that HSK infection can not only induce corneal neovascularization,but also induce lymphatic vessels spread to the cornea,and the formation of lymphatic vessels plays an important role in the pathogenesis of HSK,but the progress of lymphangiogenesis is far behind the corneal neovascularization.This article will give a review on recent progress of the role of lymphatics in HSK to seek further understand the relationship between lymphangiogenesis and HSK,thereby exploring new opportunities for the treatment of corneal diseases.
