摘要 矿井瓦斯是制约矿井安全生产重要因素之一。以黄陵二号煤矿瓦斯(油层气)抽采安全防控为目标,采用现场调查和现场监测等方法,综合分析深部高瓦斯矿井瓦斯(油层气)分布特征,实施具有针对性的综合立体抽采技术。研究表明:工作面的4个砂岩储气层,均受采动影响分别处于下沉带、垮落带和裂隙带之间、底部扰动范围内,为采空区和工作面提供瓦斯灾害源。根据岩层结构和采动影响,将整个抽采分为采空区、采动区、未采煤层区,建立动态综合立体抽采技术。通过现场对各位置瓦斯-油层气含量进行探测。评价结果表明:工作面综合抽采技术实现了空间全覆盖的瓦斯抽采,各位置抽采量增加、瓦斯浓度降低。围岩、煤层、采空区瓦斯浓度分别降低了40%、68%、41%。综合抽采技术提高了矿井的瓦斯抽采率,为矿井开采瓦斯治理提供了有力支撑。 Mine gas is one of the important factors influencing mine safety production.Taking the gas(reservoir gas)extraction in Huangling No.2 Coal Mine as an example,the gas(reservoir gas)distribution characteristics in deep high-gas mine were comprehensively analyzed by means of on-site investigation and on-site monitoring.The results show that the four sandstone gas reservoirs overlying the working face are all in the subsidence zone,caving zone and fissure zone.According to the strata structure and mining influence,the gas extraction area was divided into goaf area,mining influence area and non-mining coal seam area,and the dynamic comprehensive stereoscopic gas extraction technology was established.Practice shows that by using the comprehensive gas extraction technology,the gas extraction with full space coverage is realized,and the gas concentration in surrounding rock,coal seam and goaf is reduced by 40%,68%and 41%respectively,which provides a strong support for the gas control in the mine.
