“U+I”型采煤工作面采空区瓦斯抽采量理论研究 被引量:24

摘要 以顶板巷卸压瓦斯抽采"U+I"型工作面为背景,为协调采空区瓦斯抽采与煤自燃耦合防治,提出了合理瓦斯抽采量概念,并分析了合理瓦斯抽采量的3种模式,建立了合理瓦斯抽采量理论.结合采空区漏风源汇特征,以质量守恒、风排瓦斯安全指标、采空区氧化带宽度、回采速度及自然发火期为指标,分别建立了瓦斯涌出及遗煤自燃的约束边界条件.在合理瓦斯抽采量理论基础上,确定了采空区合理瓦斯抽采量的数学模型.以义马耿村矿13210工作面为例,利用建立的数学模型,得到理论合理瓦斯抽采量范围为129.0-236.8m^3/min,后续通过工作面瓦斯涌出及自燃氧化三带宽度数据,发现现场180.0-190.0m^3/min的瓦斯抽采量满足瓦斯及自燃防治的需要,从而验证了模型的正确性和有效性. In"U+I"type ventilation panels where gas extraction employs the pressure-relief entry in the roof,in order to mitigate the dilemma between gas extraction and control of coal spontaneous combustion,a concept of reasonable amount of gas extraction,with three gas extraction quantities was proposed and analyzed.Combining with the characteristics of air leakage source in the gob,the mass conservation,safety indicators of ventilation air methane,oxidation width in the gob,mining speed,and the period of spontaneous combustion are used as indices to establish the boundary conditions for preventing gas emission and spontaneous combustion of residual coal.The mathematical model of reasonable amount of gas extraction was determined ultimately under the theory of reasonable amount of gas extraction.The model was applied to panel 13210 of Gen-Cun mine and determined that the reasonable amount of gas extraction should be between 129.0—236.8m^3/min.Subsequent monitored data of gas emission and width of natural oxidation zones demonstrated that the practical gas extraction amount was180.0—190.0m^3/min,which meets the need for preventing and controlling the gas emissionand coal spontaneous combustion,and shows that the model is correct and effective.
