摘要
目的:建立尼泊尔虫草化学成分分析方法,并比较其与冬虫夏草间化学成分差异。方法:采用超高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱联用(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)技术进行分析鉴定,并运用PeakView软件的Enhance Peak Find功能分析尼泊尔虫草与冬虫夏草之间的差异性成分。结果:从尼泊尔虫草中共检测到32个化合物,其中通过本次研究有6个为首次报道,通过差异分析发现1个尼泊尔虫草特异性成分。结论:本研究证明尼泊尔虫草属于冬虫夏草,但仍存在显著差异性化合物,该结果为进一步研究和利用尼泊尔虫草提供了科学参考。
Objective: Establish a chemical analysis method for Nepal Cordyceps and compare its chemical compositions with Cordyceps sinensis. Methods: Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-time-of-flight mass spectrometry ( UPLC-Q-TOF-MS) was used for analysis and identification, and PeakView software's Enhance Peak Find function was used to analyze the difference composition between Nepal Cordyceps and Cordyceps sinensis. Results: We identified a total of 32 compounds in Nepal Cordyceps, 6 of them have not been reported before;and identification of 1 specific components of Nepal Cordyceps by differential analysis. Conclusion : This study proves that Nepal Cordyceps belongs to Cordyceps sinensis, but there are still significant differences in compounds between them. The results provide a scientific reference for further research and utilization of Nepal Cordyceps.
