摘要
[目的/意义]全面了解网络百科词条质量影响因素对词条质量提升实践意义重大,文章通过对相关研究进行详细梳理,总结成绩与不足,并讨论未来研究方向。[方法/过程]在对网络百科词条质量概念界定的基础上,进行了全面的文献检索,得到相关文献49篇,随后分别从数据质量视角和用户体验视角进行综述。[结果/结论]两种视角下的词条质量含义虽然有较大差异,但影响因素都可以归为编辑者团队特征、词条特征与百科系统环境三个方面,其中编辑者团队特征对词条质量具有直接影响。虽然词条特征与百科系统环境对词条质量也有较大影响,但多数是间接影响。在此基础上,构建了网络百科词条质量影响因素概念模型,并提出未来研究的三个方向。
[Purpose/significance]In order to improve the quality of articles,it is great significance to have a comprehensive understanding of factors affecting article quality in the Internet encyclopedia.By reviewing the related studies,this article summarizes the achievements and deficiencies of earlier researches,and future research directions.[Method/process]Based on the defining of the concept of article quality in the Internet encyclopedia,comprehensive document retrieval is conducted and 49 related studies are obtained.Then,the review is conducted from two viewpoints:one is data quality and another is user experience.[Result/conclusion]Although the meaning of article quality under two viewpoints is quite different,the factors can be put into three categories:the characteristics of editorial teams,articles and system environment of the Internet encyclopedia.Among these factors,the characteristics of editorial teams influence article quality directly.Although the characteristics of articles and system environment of the Internet encyclopedia are also important factors,the effects of them are indirect.On this basis,this paper builds a conceptual model of factors affecting article quality in the Internet encyclopedia,and point out three directs for future studies.
