摘要
[目的 /意义]在网络百科中,用户之间的冲突已成为影响词条内容质量的重要因素。对这种冲突的研究,可以为提升网络百科内容质量提供新的角度和理论借鉴。[方法/过程]以"PX词条保卫战"为例,采用社会网络分析和文本分析方法,对比分析PX词条编辑过程的3个阶段。[结果 /结论]用户协作是常态,冲突也是常态;用户冲突种类不唯一,并非都是由认知差异引发的;不同种类冲突的特征具有显著差异,例如冲突强度、冲突关系结构;应该对冲突进行管理,管理方法必须多样化。
[ Purpose/significance ] This paper aims to better understand users' conflict in the process of production of Wikis' content. [ Method/process] Taking "defending the article of PX" as an example, this paper compares and analyzes three stages of the editing process of the PX article based on SNA and textual analysis. [ Result/conclusion ] Users' collaboration is normal, and their conflict is also normal. However, their conflict is not only the cognitive conflict. The characteristicsof various conflicts vary greatly, such as the conflict intensity, the relational structure of the conflict. Users' conflict should be managed, and the management methods should be various
