摘要
该文主要采用电聚合和滴涂的方法制备了氧化聚(3-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑)/多壁碳纳米管修饰的玻碳电极(pTAox/MWCNTs/GCE),利用循环伏安法(CV)和示差脉冲法(DPV)研究了该修饰电极。实验结果表明在测定尿酸(UA)、黄嘌呤(XA)和次黄嘌呤(HX)的混合液时,三种物质得到很好的分离。UA、XA和HX的线性范围分别为1.0~545.0,1~159.0和1.0~171.0μmol/L。检出限分别为:0.31,0.17和0.33μmol/L。
A promising electrochemical sensor was developed through electrodepositing overoxidized poly (3 - amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole)(pTAOX)film on multi-walled carbon nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode (pTAox/MWCNTs/GCE). The electrochemical behaviors of uric acid (UA), xanthine (XA) and hypoxanthine (HX) on the surface of pTAox/MWCNTs/GCE were investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The calibration curves for UA, XA and HX were obtained in the range of 1.0~545.0,1~159.0 and 1.0~171.0 μmol/L with detection limits (S/N = 3) of 0.31, 0.17 and 0.33 μmol/L, respectively.
