摘要 采用电化学聚合法将2-萘磺酸聚合物(P2-NSA)修饰在玻碳电极(GCE)表面制备了P2-NSA修饰的GCE(P2-NSA/GCE),并分别采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和电化学方法对其形貌和电化学特性进行表征。采用循环伏安法(CV)和差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)研究了肾上腺素(EP)、尿酸(UA)和亚硝酸根(NO2^-)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明,在pH7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中,P2-NSA/GCE不仅对EP、UA和NO2^-具有良好的电催化作用,而且可对三者进行同时检测。在优化条件下,EP、UA和NO2^-氧化峰电流与其浓度分别在5~200、5~200、10~400μmol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)分别为0.20、0.21、0.52μmol/L。EP、UA和NO2^-在不同扫速下的电化学行为表明,EP和UA在P2-NSA/GCE上的电极反应受吸附过程控制,NO2^-的电极反应受扩散过程控制。将P2-NSA/GCE应用于尿样和血清样本中EP、UA和NO2^-的同时测定,结果满意。 A poly(2-Naphthalenesulfonic acid)(P2-NSA) film modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE)(P2-NSA/ GCE) was fabricated by electrochemical polymerization of 2-Naphthalenesulfonic acid. The surface morphology and electrochemical activity of the modified electrode were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemical methods. The electrochemical behaviors of epinephrine(EP), uric acid (UA) and nitrite (NO2^-) at P2-NSA/GCE were studied by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. The results showed that P2-NSA/ GCE not only exhibited electro-catalytic effects towards EP, UA and NO2^-,but also could be used for simultaneous determinations of EP, UA and NO2^- in a PBS buffer solution (pH7.0). Under the optimum conditions, the linear concentration dependences of DPV current responses were observed for EP,UA and NO2^- in the concentration ranges of 5 ~200 μmol/L,5 ~200 μmol/L and 10 ~400 μmol/L. The detection limits (S/N=3) of EP,UA and NO2- were 0.20 μmol/L,0.21 μmol/L and 0.52 μmol/L,respectively. The different electrochemical behaviors of EP,UA and NO2^- at P2-NSA/GCE at various scan rates indicated that the electrode reaction of EP and UA was adsorption-controlled process, and that of NO2^- was diffusion-controlled process. The P2-NSA/GCE had been applied for simultaneous determinations of EP, UA and NO2^- concentrations in human urine and serum samples with satisfactory results.
