摘要
高能球磨是一种新型的固态加工工艺和纳米制备技术,能够制备许多溶液或熔融方法难以实现的高性能聚合物、聚合物合金以及聚合物/无机纳米复合材料。综述了聚合物高能球磨技术的原理、研究进展及其应用领域,并展望了聚合物高能球磨技术的发展潜力。
High-energy ball milling is a novel, solid-state nanotechnology to prepare advanced polymers, polymer alloys and polymer matrix composites, which otherwise could not be prepared with conventional solution and melt methods. The up-to-date research, theory, and application of high-energy ball milling in the polymer field are reviewed in this paper, and its developing potentiality is forecasted as well.
