摘要
目的探讨李氏砭法铜砭刮痧对乳腺癌患者癌痛及生活质量的疗效。方法将60例乳腺癌癌痛患者随机分为对照组及干预组,每组各30例,对照组给予药物治疗和基础护理,干预组在对照组的基础上行李氏砭法铜砭刮痧疗法。连续干预4周后,比较2组疼痛程度和生活质量。结果干预后,干预组疼痛评分显著低于对照组(t=-3.725,P<0.001),生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论李氏砭法铜砭刮痧法能够减轻乳腺癌患者的癌痛程度,提高其生活质量,可在临床上进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Lee′s span method copper span scrapping on the cancer pain and life quality of breast cancer patients.Methods Totally 60 patients with breast cancer pain were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,each of 30.Both groups were given medication and basic nursing,while the treatment group was additionally provided with Lee′s span method copper span scrapping.After 4-week treatment,both groups were evaluated using the visual analog scale(VAS)and European organization for research and treatment of cancer quality of life questionnaire-30(EORTC QLQ-C30).Results After the treatment,the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=-3.725,P<0.001),while the EORTC QLQ-C30 score of the former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion The Lee′s scrapping can relieve pain and improve life quality of patients with breast cancer,which is worthy of clinical application.
