摘要
阿尔茨海默病又称老年期痴呆,中医属于痴呆症,因肾气不足、脾气虚弱、气血亏虚所致,治疗主要以健脾滋肝养心、补肾添精益髓。李氏砭法不断完善八大中医理论体系的辩证思路,以通论、整体论、肝胆论、脊柱中心错位疾病理论、生物全息胚论、谿谷论、徐而和论、四井排毒论构成完整理论体系,独创“虎符铜砭刮痧技术”,治愈许多疑难杂症。笔者从中医角度阐述了李氏砭法以“通论”为核心,用刮痧行气活血方法治疗阿尔茨海默病的心得体会。
Alzheimer's disease is also known as senile dementia. In Chinese medicine, this disease belongs to dementia. Due to the deficiency of kidney qi, weak spleen qi, and the deficiency of qi and blood, its treatment includes invigorating spleen, nourishing liver and heart, tonifying kidney, replenishing essence, and nourishing marrow. Li's Bian method has continuously consummated the dialectical thought of the eight theories system in traditional Chinese medicine, including general theory, holism, liver gall theory, spine center dislocation disease theory, biological holography embryo theory, Gutu theory, Xu and He theory, and Sijing detoxification theory, constituting a complete theoretical system. Original “tiger Fu copper scraping technology”, cure many difficult and complicated diseases. From the point of traditional Chinese medicine, the authors expound the experience of treating Alzheimer's disease with scraping and promoting qi and blood circulation by using “General Theory” in the core of Li's Bian method.
