摘要
目的汉化大学生付出-回报失衡量表(ERIUS),并检验其在中国文化背景下的效度和信度。方法对国内330名大学生进行ERIUS中文版初测(回收有效问卷314份),通过项目分析及探索性因子分析确定正式量表。选取610名大学生正式施测(回收有效问卷584份),进行验证性因子分析和内部一致性信度检验;同时选取大学生心理压力问卷(SSCS)作为校标探究大学生心理压力与付出-回报失衡的相关性。2周后,选取其中270人检验重测信度。结果 ERIUS中文版包含14个条目,分为付出、回报以及过度投入3个维度;验证性因子分析表明量表具有良好的结构效度:χ2值为107.10,自由度为32,近似误差的平方根为0.08,规范指数为0.90,规准适配指数为0.91,拟合优度指数为0.90,简约适配度指数为0.52。量表总的内部一致性系数为0.91,重测信度为0.83;付出、回报以及过度投入3个分量表的内部一致性系数分别为0.87、0.89和0.91,重测信度为别为0.85、0.87和0.91。结论汉化后的大学生付出-回报失衡量表在中国大学生样本中有良好的测量学指标,可以作为我国大学生心理社会压力的测量工具。
Objective To examine the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Effort-Reward Imbalance Scale for University Students ( ERIUS) among Chinese college students. Methods Totally 330 university students were recruited for the preliminary survey of the ERIUS (314 valid questionnaires were recovered ). The formal ERIUS was set through item analysis and exploratory factor analysis. Then, 610 university students from were selected to complete the formal ERIUS for the confirmatory factor analysis and the internal consistency analysis. Stress Scale for College Students (SSCS) were selected as the criterion measurement which to examine the association between psychology stress and effort-reward imbalance. Test-retest reliability were examined by 270 participants random selected after two weeks. Results The Chinese version of the ERIUS with 14 items had 3 dimensions, included effort, reward and over-commitment. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the Chinese version of the ERIUS had good structure validity:χ2= 107.10, df =32, the standardized root mean square residual is 0. 08 , normed fit index is 0.90, comparative fit index is 0.91 , goodness-of-fit index is 0.90, parsimony goodness-of-fit index is 0. 52. Cronbach's a coefficient and the test-retest reliability were 0. 91 and 0.83 for the total scale, the internal consistency reliability and the composite reliability were 0. 87, 0. 89, 0. 91 and 0. 85 , 0. 87 , 0.91 for the 3 factors. Conclusion It suggests that the Chinese version of the Effort-Reward Imbalance Scale for University Students ( ERIUS) is a reliable and valid assessment and could be used as an effective and reliable tool for assessing psychosocial stress of university students in China.
