摘要
本工程屋面网架采用计算机控制液压千斤顶整体提升的施工方法,即在地面上将大厅及门头网架拼装完成后,一次性整体提升到位。提升过程中,主要利用计算机控制,结合三维激光扫描技术以及激光测距仪、全站仪和经纬仪等设备对网架变形和提升架垂直度进行全程监测,最终顺利完成机库屋面网架整体提升工作。
Computer-controlled hydraulic jack whole lifting method was used during roof grid construction, namely the hall grid and gate grid were assembled on ground and then they were wholly lifted to the right position. The lifting construction was controlled by computer. Three dimensional laser scan technique and some special equipments, such as laser range finder, full station instrument and theodolite, etc., were used to realize overall monitor on the grid deformation and verticality of the lift. The whole lifting of hangar roof grid was successfully completed.
