摘要
正放四角锥网架结构是一种整体刚度和经济指标优异的空间杆系结构,通过按规律布置杆件,和螺栓球节点连接,形成网格状形式,能最大限度增加建筑空间跨度。在高原高寒地区,基础建设相对薄弱,常常伴随着低温、大温差和强风等不利环境因素,对大跨度结构的施工造成不利影响。因此,文章从起步阶段、高空散拼阶段和屋面板铺设阶段着手,对高原高寒地带四角锥螺栓球节点钢结构施工技术进行研究。
The orthogonal square pyramid grid structure is a kind of spatial bar structure with excellent overall stiffness and economic index.By arranging the bars according to the rules and connecting them with the bolt-sphere joints,the grid form is formed,which can maximize the span of the building space.In plateau alpine areas,the infrastructure construction is relatively weak and often accompanied by adverse environmental factors such as low temperature,large temperature difference and strong wind,which has a negative impact on the construction of large-span structures.Therefore,this paper starts from the initial stage,the high-altitude scattered assembly stage and the roof panel laying stage to study the construction technology of the square pyramid bolt-sphere joint steel structure in the plateau alpine area.
