摘要
结合我国建筑施工企业信息化发展现状及特点,分析建筑施工企业信息化人才的作用,对施工企业信息化人才培养模式现状及人才培养需求情况进行调研总结,提出施工企业信息化人才建设目标和相关问题。
Based on the status quo and characteristics of information-based development of domestic building construction enterprise, this paper analyzed the function of information-based talents in building construction enterprise. It studied and summarized the current cultivation mode and demand of informatiobased talents in construction enterprises, and proposed the aim and relevant problems of information-based talent cultivation in construction enterprises.
