摘要
BIM技术已在工程建设领域得到广泛的应用，将为建筑业带来新的革命．通过对BIM人才需求分析，提出创建基于BIM技术的创新创业实训体系，为BIM技术应用研究、培训认证、大学生创新创业竞赛、专业课程实训等提供实训平台，从而解决BIM人才紧缺问题．该平台的建设为高校BIM实验实训基地建设提供参考．
BIM technology has been widely used in the field of engineering construction, and will bring a new revo-lution in the construction industry. In this paper,through the analysis of the demand for BIM talent,this paper putsforward the innovation and entrepreneurship training system based on BIM technology. This training system providesa training platform for BIM technology application research, training and certification, innovation and entrepreneur-ship competition, professional courses training, and will solve the problem of BIM talent shortage. The construction ofthe platform provides reference for the construction of BIM experimental training base in colleges and universities.
