摘要
采用氧化剂高碘酸钠对亚麻短纤维进行选择性氧化,分析了高碘酸钠用量、反应时间和反应温度对分裂度及断裂强度的影响。结果表明:高碘酸钠用量6g/L、45~50℃反应50~60min时,亚麻短纤维分裂度和断裂强度符合纺纱技术要求。X射线衍射分析表明,氧化处理后的亚麻短纤维纤维素结构在本质上并没有发生变化,衍射峰强度要比未氧化的亚麻短纤维低一些,结晶区部分受到破坏。
The selective oxidation of flax short fibers was carried out by oxidant sodium periodate. The effects of sodium periodate concentration, reaction time and reaction temperature on the splitting degree and breaking strength of flax short fibers were analyzed. The results showed that the splitting degree and breaking strength of flax short fibers could meet the requirements of spinning technology when the dosage of sodium periodate was 6 g/L, the reaction time was 50~60 min and the reaction temperature was 45~50 ℃. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the cellulose structure of the flax short fiber after oxidation treatment did not change in nature, but the diffraction peak intensity was lower than that of the unoxidized flax short fiber, and the crystallization area was damaged partially.
