摘要
采用高碘酸钠对棉纱线进行选择性氧化,对比研究了不同氧化条件下棉纱线和单根棉纤维的力学性能。研究结果表明,在选择性氧化过程中,棉纱线断裂强度的下降主要受单纤断裂强度下降的影响。同时,研究发现氧化棉纤维中的醛基含量和单纤断裂强度有高度显著的负线性相关关系。
This article deals with selective oxidation of cotton yarn prepared by sodium periodate. The contrast of mechanical properties between cotton yarn and cotton single fibre under different oxidative conditions is carried out. The results show that decrease of the breaking strength of cotton yarn mainly depends on that of relevant single fibre. Also, remarkable negative linear relationship between the dialdehyde content and relevant the breaking strength of oxidative cotton fibre is obtained.
