摘要
高碘酸钠选择性氧化纤维素后生成的活性基团醛基能够与羊毛角蛋白分子链中的氨基形成共价键结合,发生反应生成席夫碱并涂覆在氧化纤维素表面。首先采用高碘酸钠对竹原织物进行选择性氧化,再利用羊毛角蛋白溶液,对制得的氧化竹原织物进行改性整理,测试了整理前后竹原织物的紫外线透过率和抗紫外线指数(UPF值),分析了不同浓度羊毛角蛋白溶液对不同氧化程度竹原织物抗紫外线性能的影响。结果表明,羊毛角蛋白溶液整理后的氧化竹原纤维织物的紫外线透过率减小,UPF值增大,抗紫外线性能得到明显改善。
Cellulose can be prepared by selective oxidation with sodium periodate and forms reactive aldehyde group which can take covalent cross-linking reaction with amino group of wool keratin.Covalence bond formed between aldehyde group and amido group can coat on the surface of oxidized cellulose.The cellulose of raw bamboo fabric was first prepared by selective oxidation with NaIO_4.Then the oxidized raw bamboo fabric was treated by wool keratin solution.The ultraviolet penetration proportion and ultraviolet protection factor(UPF) of raw bamboo fabric before and after wool keratin treatment were tested and the influence factors were also discussed.The results show that the UV-protective ability of oxidized raw bamboo fabric are improved evidently after wool keratin solution treatment.modified to some certain.
