摘要
用端氨基超支化合物(HBP-NH2)对选择性氧化后的亚麻织物进行接枝,再经活性染料染色.探讨了端氨基超支化合物(HBP-NH2)接枝氧化亚麻织物工艺中的氧化时间、HBP-NH2溶液质量浓度、pH值、温度、时间对亚麻织物活性染料无盐染色性能的影响.结果表明:6 g/L高碘酸钠40℃氧化10 min,HBP-NH2质量浓度5 g/L,pH值9,80℃接枝反应10 min时,采用活性染料无盐染色可取得令人满意的效果.
Selectively oxidized linen fabrics were grafted with amine-terminated hyperbranched polymer (HBP-NH2) and then dyed with reactive dyes. Factors exerting influence on salt-free reactive dyeing behaviours of oxidized linen fabrics grafted with HBP-NH2 were discussed, including oxidized time, concentration of HBP- NH2 solution, pH value reaction time and temperature. The results showed that oxidized with sodium periodate 6 g/L, at 40 ℃ for 10 min and then grafted with HBP-NH2 5 g/L under pH value 9 at 80 ℃ for 10 min could achieve satisfied dyeing properties when dyed with reactive dyes without salt.
