摘要
廓清高校青年教师课堂教学发展的不同境界,能够为其课堂教学发展指明方向,促进其专业发展,提升其教学水平,进而提高学校的整体教育质量。高校青年教师课堂教学发展大抵可分为“像”之境界或形式境界、“是”之境界或实质境界、“优”之境界或超越境界以及“无”之境界或生命境界。“像”之境界主要包括仪表美、言语稳以及精气足等形式外在层面;“是”之境界含有完整的教学过程、丰富的教学方法、实用的教学内容和趣味的教学转换四个方面;“优”之境界主要指以“研”促教和“理解”学生两个方面;“无”之境界朝向“清零”和“循环”。
Clarifying the different levels of the classroom teaching development of young teachers in universities and colleges can point out the direction for the classroom teaching development of young teachers in universities and colleges, promote their professional development, improve their teaching level, and then improve the overall quality of school education. The classroom teaching development of young teachers in colleges and universities can be divided into the realm of “image” or the realm of form, the realm of “yes” or the realm of substance, the realm of “excellence” or the realm of transcendence, and the realm of “nothing” or the realm of life. The realm of “image” mainly includes external aspects such as the beauty of instrument, the stability of speech and the vigor of spirit. The realm of “yes” contains four aspects: complete teaching process, rich teaching methods, practical teaching contents and interesting teaching transformation.“Excellence” mainly refers to “research” to promote teaching and “understanding” students two aspects;The state of “nothing” is towards “zero” and “cycle”.
