摘要
以聚碳酸酯(PC )/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)合金为研究对象,考察了不同的挤出工艺对PC/PBT合金材料性能的影响。结果表明,随着加工温度的升高,材料的韧性呈现先上升后下降的趋势,流动性总体呈现出上升的趋势,而耐热性能则是下降趋势,加工温度为250 ℃时综合性能最佳;随着螺杆转速的增加,材料的韧性和流动性均呈现上升的趋势,但耐热性能逐渐下降。
The influences of different extrusion process parameters on the properties of polycarbonate(PC )/poly(butylene terephthalate)(PBT)alloy were investigated.The results show that with the increase of temperature,the toughness first increases and then decreases.The fluidity generally shows an increase trend,while the heat resistance is a downward trend.The comprehensive performance is the best when the processing temperature is 250 ℃.As the increase of screw speed,the toughness and fluidity of the material show an increasing trend,however the heat resistance gradually decreases.
