摘要
目的研制一种车厢可拆卸式电动转运车,分析其在消毒供应中心(CSSD)中的应用价值。方法将手工推车与电动车相结合,运用搭扣式连接点将车厢与动力部分连接,单人即可操作安装与拆卸工作;根据医院工作的特殊性,将动力车体部分进行改良设计,符合室内工作安全性能要求。结果自2016年4月车厢可拆卸式电动转运车投入使用后,CSSD下收下送人员有所减少。与使用前比较,使用电动转运车后下收下送时间明显缩短(P <0. 05)。结论车厢可拆卸式电动转运车安全、有效,操作简便、灵活,且实用性强,可提高CSSD的工作效率。
Objective To design a dismountable electric transport vehicle and analyze its application value in central sterile supply department. Methods This electric vehicle was combined with manual carts, and the carriage was connected to the power section just by hasps between them, so installation and disassembly could be accomplished by a single person. Moreover, the power section was improved to meet the indoor performance safety based on the particularity of hospital activities. Results The staff responsible for collection and delivery were reduced after application of a dismountable electric transport vehicle in April, 2016. The time of collection and delivery was shortened obviously after application of a dismountable electric transport vehicle when compared with before application. Conclusion This dismountable electric transport vehicle is safe and effective, easy to operate, flexible and practical, which can improve the work efficiency for CSSD.
