摘要
为了研究904L不锈钢在5 g/L H2SO4溶液中的腐蚀行为,采用动电位极化测试、电化学阻抗测试(EIS)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究其腐蚀行为,并分析其钝化膜的组成.结果表明,904L不锈钢极化后会发生自钝化,钝化区间为-0.2~0.6 V,电荷传递电阻为4 801Ω/cm2,表明904L不锈钢具有较强的耐蚀性能.X射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究表明,钝化膜主要成分为Cr2O3、Cr OOH、Cr(OH)3等化合物.因而904L不锈钢在5 g/L H2SO4溶液中可以表现出良好的耐蚀性能.
In order to investigate the corrosion behavior of 904 L stainless steel in 5 g/L H2SO4 solution,the potentiodynamic polarization curve measurement,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy( EIS) and X ray photoelectron spectrometer( XPS) were used to characterize the corrosion behavior and analyze the composition of passive film. The results showthat the self-passivation of 904L stainless steel can occur after the polarization,the passivation range is- 0.2~0.6V,and the charge transfer resistance is 4 801Ω/cm2.It indicates that the 904L stainless steel has stronger corrosion resistance. The results of XPS analysis showthat the passive film is mainly composed of such compounds as Cr2O3,Cr OOH and Cr( OH)3. Therefore,the 904L stainless steel can exhibit good corrosion resistance in 5g/L H2SO4 solution.
