摘要
目的观察和分析超声引导经皮穿刺微波消融治疗甲状腺肿瘤的临床护理实施效果。方法根据该院2017年1月-2018年9月治疗期间所采取的护理方案的差异将方便选取的68例行RFA治疗的甲状腺肿瘤患者分为观察组和对照组,各34例,在对患者的手术指标进行明确后,为患者安排手术,并采取相关的护理措施,其中对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行综合护理干预,主要观察患者在院治疗过程的护理满意度与并发症发生情况。结果观察组的并发症总发生率5.88%,明显低于对照组26.47%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=16.57,P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度97.06%,明显高于对照组79.41%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=19.75,P<0.05)。结论甲状腺肿瘤患者行超声引导经皮穿刺微波消融术治疗时,采取综合护理措施,能有效减少并发症的发生,提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床应用和推广。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical nursing effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation for thyroid tumors.Methods According to the difference of nursing programs taken during the treatment period from January 2017 to September 2018 in our hospital,convenient select 68 patients with thyroid tumors treated with RFA were divided into observation group and control group,34 cases each,in the surgical index of patients.After the clarification,the patients were arranged for surgery and relevant nursing measures were taken.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction and complications of the patients in the hospital treatment process were mainly observed.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.88%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group (26.47%).The difference was statistically significant (χ^2=16.57,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.06%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 79.41%,the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=19.75,P<0.05).Conclusion When patients with thyroid tumor undergo ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation,comprehensive nursing measures can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the satisfaction of patients.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
