摘要
目的 探索超声引导下微波消融治疗甲状腺良性肿瘤患者的效果。方法 选取2021年3月—2023年2月徐州矿务集团总医院收治的84例甲状腺良性肿瘤患者为研究对象,依据手术方案差异分为手术组和消融组,各42例。手术组行常规手术切除治疗;消融组采用超声引导下微波消融术治疗。对比两组治疗效果的差异。结果 消融组相关手术指标均优于手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,消融组各项甲状腺功能水平均优于手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,消融组炎症指标水平均低于手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);消融组并发症发生率为2.28%低于手术组的19.05%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.480,P<0.05);消融组治疗总有效率为97.62%高于手术组的85.71%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.480,P<0.05)。结论 甲状腺良性肿瘤患者给予超声引导下微波消融治疗相对于手术切除治疗,能够改善患者各项手术指标,减轻手术过程中对甲状腺功能的损伤,患者术后炎症反应更轻,并发症少,治疗总有效率较高。
Objective To explore the effect of ultrasound-guided microwave ablation in the treatment of benign thyroid tumors.Methods A total of 84 patients with benign thyroid tumors admitted to Xuzhou Mining Group General Hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference in surgical plan,they were divided into the operation group and the ablation group,with 42 cases in each group.The operation group was treated with conventional surgical resection.The ablation group was treated with ultrasound-guided microwave ablation.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The related surgical indicators in the ablation group were better than those in the surgery group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the thyroid function levels in the ablation group were better than those in the surgery group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory indicators in the ablation group were lower than those in the surgery group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the ablation group was 2.28%,which was lower than 19.05%in the surgery group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.480,P<0.05).The total effective rate in the ablation group was 97.62%,which was higher than 85.71%in the surgery group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.480,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with surgical resection,ultrasound-guided microwave ablation for patients with benign thyroid tumors can improve various surgical indicators,reduce the damage to thyroid function during surgery,reduce postoperative inflammation,fewer complications,and have a higher total effective rate.
