摘要
目的通过对比简列数据,探讨并分析甲状腺肿瘤患者术后护理中使用临床护理途径的作用,并验证此项护理模式的有效性、安全性。方法从2018年6月至2019年6月在我院治疗的甲状腺肿瘤患者中抽取90例,随机均分为两组,即观察组和对照组,每组45例,给予两组相同治疗方案的基础上,给予对照组常规护理措施,给予观察组临床护理路径措施。观察并比较两组患者住院时间、住院费用、KAP即知识、态度、行为评分情况以及两组患者对护理效果的满意程度。结果观察组的住院时间和对照组患者的住院时间相比明显缩短(P<0.05),观察组患者住院治疗所需费用明显少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的知识、态度、行为评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的对护理效果的满意程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺肿瘤手术患者护理中使用精细化、针对性强的临床护理路径进行干预的效果确切,不仅能缩短患者的住院时间,还可减少患者治疗所需费用,同时提升护理效果和护理质量,患者对护理的满意度也较高。
Objective To explore and analyze the role of clinical nursing pathway in postoperative nursing of patients with thyroid tumor,and to verify the effectiveness and safety of this nursing or clinical treatment model.Methods A total of 90 patients with thyroid tumors treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups according to the number of people.They were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.On the basis of the same treatment scheme of the two groups,the control group was given routine nursing measures and the observation group was given clinical nursing path measures.The length of stay,hospitalization expenses,KAP,knowledge,attitude and behavior scores of the two groups and the satisfaction of the two groups with the nursing effect were observed and compared.Results The length of hospitalization in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the cost of hospitalization in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The knowledge,attitude,behavior score of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction with nursing effect of patients in the observation group was also significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with thyroid tumor surgery,the use of refined and highly targeted clinical nursing pathways for intervention has an exact effect.It can not only shorten the hospitalization time of patients,but also reduce the cost of patients'treatment,and at the same time improve the nursing effect and quality of care,and improve patient satisfaction with nursing.
