摘要
目的探讨护理干预预防产后出血在自然分娩产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2016年12月~2017年11月在该院接受自然分娩的86例产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加用综合护理干预。对两组产妇分娩时及产后出血情况、产后不良反应发生情况以及护理前后焦虑(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分进行综合评价。结果观察组产妇分娩时及产后2 h、产后12 h出血量均显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组护理后有2例产妇出现不良反应,占4.65%,显著低于对照组的25.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇护理后的SAS评分、SDS评分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论护理干预在自然分娩产妇中的应用,能够降低出血量,缓解产妇的负性心理,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention to prevent postpartum hemorrhage in natural childbirth. Methods A total of 86 women who underwent natural childbirth in the hospital from December 2016 to November 2017 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, 43 cases of each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was added with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.A comprehensive evaluation was conducted on the condition of postpartum hemorrhage, postpartum adverse reactions, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)before and after nursing care in the two groups. Results The amount of bleeding at delivery, 2 hours postpartum and 12 hours postpartum in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After nursing, 2 cases of maternal adverse reactions occurred in the observation group, accounting for 4.65%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group 25.58%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were compared with those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Nursing intervention in the natural delivery of maternal application can reduce the amount of blood loss, relieve maternal negative psychology, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worth promoting the application.
