摘要
促进国家、学校和学生的共同发展,是民族团结教育应有的价值追求。民族团结教育是一种融文化性、综合性和常态性于一体的实践活动,它以民族文化为切入点,以民族文化的交融为主线,贯穿于学校教育教学的各个环节、各个方位以及课外丰富的实践活动中,也体现于校外同样具有育人功能的丰富的民族团结教育资源中。对民族团结教育文化性、综合性和常态性属性的理解愈是深刻,愈有利于实现民族团结教育的内在价值。民族团结教育的课程整合、师资整合、资源整合以及方法整合,是实现民族团结教育价值的有效路径。
The value pursuit of national unity education is to promote the co-development of the country, schools and students. National unity education is a cultural, comprehensive and normal practice, taking national culture as its starting point and blending national culture as its main line. It runs through all aspects of school education, teaching and extracurricular practical activities and is also reflected in the abundant educational resources of national unity outside school which have the function of educating people. The deeper understanding of the cultural, comprehensive and normal attributes of national unity education, the more conducive it is to the realization of its intrinsic value, and the effective way to realize its value is to integrate curriculum, teachers, resources and methods.
